- Hello Community, On the 3th July 2017 the Spotify TV App was removed from the LG Content Store. Yesterday I checked for an Update and there was one. My LG SK9Y sound bar is still visible on the devices list in the Spotify iOS and macOS app, but when I tap on the speaker, it just keeps 'connecting' (without a fail notification). I called the LG help desk for this issue, and they told me the problem is caused by an update of the Spotify app and should resolve in further updates.

To see if your TV supports the Spotify app, go to the app store on your TV and search for Spotify. If your TV isn't listed, you can upgrade it with a soundbar or streamer that supports Spotify Connect.

This only occurs when using my iphone and when i add more than 1 song into my queue, its as if the last song is invisible in the queue, there is a blank spot. It may be that this was a problem with Apple's iOS 11.3, and not with the Spotify app. Apparently multiple iPhone users reported 'audio skipping/stuttering' on multiple audio apps with iOS 11.3. The iOS 11.4 update is reported to fix this, BUT I have experienced the glitch since updating.
- Make sure your TV is connected to the internet.
- Check your internet connection is strong. Try playing something else to test it.
- Check your TV app store for any updates to the Spotify app.
- Check your TV's software is up-to-date. If you don't know, check with the manufacturer for how to check and update the version software.

- Check you're not trying to play local files, as they aren’t supported by Connect.
